Electrochemistry – Battery Charge Calculation

A rechargeable battery contains an electrochemical cell where the cathode is nickel oxide and the anode is cadmium. Over time, the cell discharges as nickel hydroxide converts to nickel oxyhydroxide and cadmium oxidizes to cadmium hydroxide. If the battery contains 0.5 moles of cadmium, calculate how much charge (in coulombs) it can deliver before fully discharging. Assume the reaction is 100 percent efficient.
