WHEREAS, The Platform is an online educational platform offering Q&A services for children, where students can submit their academic doubts and receive responses from qualified experts;

WHEREAS, the child/ward of the Parent/Guardian, named below, wishes to use The Platform for educational purposes;

NOW, THEREFORE, the Parent/Guardian, by signing this consent letter, agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding their child’s usage of the Platform:

2. Parental Consent:

The Parent/Guardian hereby grants consent for their child, whose details are provided above, to use The Platform for the purpose of asking educational questions and receiving academic assistance.

The Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees that:

The child may use the Parent/Guardian’s email ID, phone number, and IP address for registration, communication, and other necessary interactions with The Platform.

The Platform may use these details for notifications, updates, or any communication related to the educational services provided.

4. Use of Personal Information:

The Platform may collect and process certain personal data, including but not limited to the child’s name, academic details, contact information, IP address, and other relevant data, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

The Parent/Guardian consents to the collection and processing of this personal data for the purpose of providing educational services to the child.

5. Supervision:

The Parent/Guardian acknowledges that it is their responsibility to supervise and monitor the child’s activity on The Platform, ensuring that it is being used appropriately for educational purposes only.

6. Liability:

The Parent/Guardian agrees that The Platform, its employees, or affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from the child’s use of The Platform, including any misuse or unauthorized access.

7. Terms of Use:

The Parent/Guardian agrees that their child will adhere to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of The Platform. The child must comply with all rules and regulations set forth by The Platform while using its services.

8. Duration of Consent:

This consent will remain in effect until the child reaches the age of 18 or until the Parent/Guardian revokes it in writing. The Parent/Guardian agrees to inform The Platform immediately should they wish to withdraw consent.

9. Right to Withdraw Consent:

The Parent/Guardian has the right to withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to The Platform or by permanently deleting student’s account/registration. Upon withdrawal, the child will no longer be able to access the services provided by The Platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

11. Parent/Guardian Declaration

By electronically signing or clicking the given box, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this Consent Agreement. The Parent/Guardian also agrees to allow their child to use The Platform as outlined above.
