– “User” refers to both students and teachers who register on our platform.

– “Services” refers to the question-and-answer functionality provided by our website.

3. Eligibility and Parental Consent

-You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

– Our platform is primarily designed for educational purposes. If you are under the age of 18 (a minor), you must obtain the consent of your parent or guardian to use our services.

– Before registering on our platform, students under 18 must fill out a *Parent/Guardian Consent Form*. This form must be completed and submitted by a parent or guardian to provide explicit consent for the student’s registration and use of the platform.

– If a student under 18 registers on the website without submitting the required consent form or submitting the required consent form with wrong parental information’s, they do so at their own risk and will be held responsible for any legal consequences arising from their registration and use of the platform.

-To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update this information as necessary.

– Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or other users’ accounts.

-The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

14. Monetary benefits and Gift rewards

– “Doubtora’ has some monetary benefits and gift rewards for students, which will be provided to teachers (In their bank account) and to students (Amazon gift card via mail) on any date of last of week of every months, after they get monetization approval from “Doubtora”.
